Get It Done …Right.

Becoming an incredible AC Guy is quite an adventure.  HVAC schools are nifty, but most of the trade is learned on the job.  You watch someone do a specific task, then that someone shows you how to do it, then you do it and they watch, then you do it by yourself.  Having nailed that specific task, you start the process again and learn something new.  

We’re a team.  We learn from one another.  We ask for help when we don’t understand something.  There’s no space for ego in a hot attic and it’s too damn toasty for wasting time if you don’t know how to do something.
